Password resets and sign-in issues can usually be fixed from the login page. For export, deletion, or security questions, see Security & Data and our Privacy Policy. Still stuck? Email support with a short description and we'll help.
Bugs & feature ideas
If something breaks or behaves oddly, send the steps to reproduce, your browser or device, and screenshots if you have them. We read every feature request — the more context (your use case as a cyclist), the easier it is to prioritize.
