By accessing or using VeloLog ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
VeloLog provides an AI-powered cycling training journal. You can log rides, workouts, and races; track mood and condition; and receive AI-generated insights and summaries. Features and limits may vary by plan (Free vs Pro). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where possible.
3. Account and Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks
- Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Scrape, copy, or resell the Service or content without permission
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.
5. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., journal entries). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the Service and to improve our offerings (e.g., AI insights). 6. Pro Subscription and Payment
Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly (or as stated at checkout) via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law. Prices may change with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, training, or professional advice. Use the Service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloLog and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $100 if greater).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
