Logging rides is step one. Actually looking back at the week is step two — and most people skip it. The weekly digest does it for you.
What lands in your inbox
Every Sunday evening, Pro users receive an email with:
- A summary of the week's rides — how many, total distance, average mood and legs
- One key pattern — the most notable trend the AI spotted across your entries
- A nudge for next week — a suggestion based on what happened, not a generic training plan
Why it matters
It's easy to lose the forest for the trees when you're logging individual rides. The weekly digest zooms out. It connects the dots between Tuesday's flat legs and Thursday's strong interval session. It notices that your mood has been trending down for two weeks straight.
These are things you might catch if you sat down every Sunday and read through your journal. But you probably won't. The digest does it automatically.
Short and useful
The email isn't a novel. It's a few paragraphs — enough to spark a thought about next week, short enough to read while you're stretching after a Sunday ride.
Pro feature
The weekly digest is included with VeloLog Pro. It's one of those features that compounds over time — each week's email adds to your awareness of how your training is actually going versus how you think it's going.
