VeloLog has a chat feature, and it's not what you'd expect from a typical AI chatbot.
Not a coach. Not a therapist. A companion.
Velo is an AI cycling companion that knows your journal. When you ask "How have my last few rides been?", it doesn't give a generic answer — it looks at your actual entries, your mood scores, your notes, and responds with real context.
What you might talk about
- "I've been feeling flat on every ride this week. What's going on?"
- "Compare my last two race entries."
- "What should I focus on before my next event?"
- "I'm not sure if I'm overtraining or just tired."
Velo pulls from your journal entries, goals, and events to give answers that are specific to you. It's not searching the internet for cycling tips — it's reading your own words back to you with perspective.
A space to reflect
Sometimes you just need to process a bad ride or a DNF. Velo is built to listen. It's a safe space to talk about how cycling makes you feel — the highs and the lows — without judgment and without unsolicited advice.
Conversation history
Your chats are saved so you can come back to them. Each conversation gets an AI-generated title so you can find past discussions. Start a new chat whenever you want a fresh thread.
Mention entries, events, and goals
Use the @ symbol in chat to reference specific entries, events, or goals. This gives Velo precise context for your question. Instead of "How was my last race?", you can type "How did @Rough Road 100 go compared to my goal of @Sub-5 hours?"
